Hemlock is an unincorporated community in Richland Township, Saginaw County, Michigan. The community was first settled in 1865, and four years later a post office was established with the name "Hemlock City." Hemlock's annual festival Sawdust Days is held in December. Today, the Hemlock Post Office serves all of Richland Township.
